COMMERCIAL ENERGY ASSESSMENTS

From October 1st 2008, all non domestic properties will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), when being offered for sale or assignment of lease. These may only be prepared by qualified Non-domestic Energy Assessors (NDEA), and besides prospectively reducing carbon emissions, will hopefully result in reducing your energy costs.
