HOME CONDITION SURVEY

The Home Condition Survey (HCS) is the SAVA equivalent to the RICS
"Home Buyers Survey", but SAVA have taken the approach to make the
survey much more user friendly.

The survey works on a grading system, where each element of the property is graded from 1 to 3, 1 being in good condition, to 3 requiring urgent attention! The printed report will contain photographs to assist you in identifying those areas of the property requiring attention or otherwise.

The survey is specifically designed for houses you are planning to purchase, to ensure there are no nasty shocks lurking unseen, after all, you would not buy a car without an MOT, would you?

The surveys are conducted by highly qualified Home Inspectors (HIs), accredited through government recognised schemes, and fully under-written by Professional Indemnity Insurance, and audited by the accreditation bodies.
