The basis of our service is built around husband and wife team Nigel and Jane Donovan.

Nigel has been working in and around the property industry since the 1960's, and embarked on retraining as a Home Inspector in late 2005.

The qualification in Home Inspection is a government registered scheme to a foundation degree level. Only registered Home Inspectors may prepare Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates. Recently qualified in Commercial Energy Assessments, we are now able to offer a full Commercial service as well.

Nigel's wife Jane holds up the "office" end of the business, preparing the reports, and assisting Nigel and the assessing team in the field.

In addition, we have a dedicated team of Assessors around the country
